Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and our commitment to quality control, we do not offer Refunds, or Cancellations once an order has been placed. We do however offer exchange for sizing issues. Only one exchange per item is permitted. Kindly ensure that you review your cart and confirm your selections before proceeding to checkout.
1. What makes VaderPro Lifting shoes different from regular training shoes?
VaderPro shoes are built specifically for lifters. With flat, ultra-stable soles, reinforced heel support, and maximum ground contact, they keep you grounded during squats, deadlifts, and compound lifts. Regular running or training shoes often compress under load — ours don’t.
2. How do I choose the right size for VaderPro shoes?
Our shoes fit true to size for most athletes. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a tighter performance fit. Check our Size Guide on the product page for exact foot measurements and conversion charts.
3. Are your Lifting shoes good for both deadlifts and squats?
Absolutely. Our lineup includes flat-soled deadlift shoes for max grip, stability and absoulte flat angle for improved knee tracking and depth. Each model is optimized for power, balance, and lockdown stability.
4. What’s the break-in period for VaderPro shoes and belts?
Most lifters feel locked-in comfort from the first wear, but leather belts and some shoes may need 2–3 sessions to fully mold to your body. After that, it’s like second skin — built to perform, built to last.
5. How long does shipping take after I place an order?
We typically ship within 24–48 hours, and delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is out the door.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — VaderPro ships worldwide. International shipping rates and timelines will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import rules.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery as long as the product is unused and in original condition. Just reach out to us at support@vaderpro.com with your order details.
8. Are your gym belts competition-approved?
Our 13mm leather belts meet standard IPF-style specs, making them suitable for most competitive powerlifting federations. Always double-check your federation’s gear rules for confirmation.
9. How do I care for my VaderPro shoes and gear?
Use a damp cloth to wipe off dirt and sweat. Avoid machine washing. For leather belts, apply leather conditioner occasionally to keep them fresh and crack-free. Let gear air out post-session.
