Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Got the wrong size? Mistake on our end? We’re not here to leave you hanging.
You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, but here’s the fine print:

If your item arrived faulty, defective, or clearly damaged in transit, we’ll sort it out.
Just make sure you contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

5. 🚚 Shipping Delays Are Not Refundable
While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, unforeseen delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control. Such delays are not eligible for refunds; however, our team will assist you in tracking your shipment and following up as needed.
